The retreat day includes the following treatments:
1. Time to Focus
A combination of unique Cellogie nutritional formula combined with meditational music and Low-level Light Therapy to energise and nourish the body. Then circulate and detoxify with 30 minutes of Far Infra-Red Therapy.
This package is Personalised specific to your priorities:
- Choose from the following 12 Cellogie formulations: Brain, Weight Loss, For women, Immune, Optimise, Unwind, Recharge, Heart, Joints
- Choose the area of the body you want to support with Low level light therapy from the following: Heart (poor circulation), muscles and joints (pain and inflammation), liver (aid detoxification) brain (improve cognitive function) adrenals glands (acute or chronic stress), abdomen (detoxification and weight loss).Light emitting diodes (LED), deliver red, blue and infrared light to the skin. These wave lengths stimulate cells, increasing circulation and activate the release of nitric oxide which increases energy, aids repair, reduces pain and inflammation and promotes wound healing.
- Relax and enjoy 30 minutes in our Far Infra Red Sauna with frozen blueberries and plenty of pure distilled water. Using natural Far Infra-Red Heatwaves like those from the sun, this sauna is gentle on the body yet its effects are powerful and more beneficial than a traditional sauna. Powerful prolonged sweat to detoxify harmful chemicals in the body
- Finish with 10 minutes in our relaxation area to enable your body temperature to naturally return to normal. Quinton is given to replenish electrolytes.
2. Lucia No°3
Rapid and sustained deep relaxation, increases learning capacity and performance. Immerse the mind in colour and shape, suspend time and space. A tuning fork for the mind.
Through Hypnagogic Light Experience the portal opens to a journey that begins at its destination: the common source of light and consciousness. Lucia N°03 is a neurostimulator, which combines a stroboscope (flickering light), flexible in both, speed and intensity, with a constant light, available in different degrees of brightness. The computer-controlled interaction of these light sources activates different ways of experiencing (seeing intense worlds of colour and shape, a sense of leaving the body etc. ) allowing for an impressive individual light experience that is different every time.

This session involves life-coaching techniques combined with intuitive insights and guidance, helping you to connect with yourself on a deeper level and see beyond the visible. We’ll create a special space where you can get more clarity about your current situation and what you truly want. You’ll be able to remove any uncertainty of purpose and get a clearer vision of the next step for you.
Through a series of questions you will be able to clarify your goals and see beyond them. You’ll get a very clear idea of your priorities, you’ll be able to set meaningful goals and you’ll get a clear vision of the actions you have to take in order to achieve them.
The session will finish with a questionnaire for preparing your very own personlaised aura spray. The personalised sprays are powerful tools that create an auric field, which corresponds to your individual focus and personal needs. The spray will support you in your path to change by increasing your vibrational frequency and helping you attract the right circumstances to achieve your goals.
